The People's Republic of Culver City: Corrupt

If you have read the other story, get a load of the latest update. The detective on the case called the Acquaintance. He told the Acquaintance that the case will most likely be classified as a DA reject. This is laughable since Sammy L Mincer has no witnesses to corroborate his story. Oh Wait! I forgot. The Thugs will corroborate Sammy L Mincer's story, but what about the Kindly Old Gentleman. He's being harassed, threatened and intimidated. I helped the Kindly Old Gentleman report the problems to the Culver City Police. I even spoke to the Watch Commander, " Sgt. Jack (you know the rest).  This helpless Old Gentleman has been left to protect himself.  Meanwhile, The Acquaintance is licking his wounds, and furious that the Culver City Police Department won't take him or any of his witnesses seriously. That's a shame. I hope that the Culver City Police Department acts soon or at least before the State Attorney General's Office gets involved. A person almost has to pull a rabbit out of a hat to receive justice (not Jim Crow) in this community.

About a week ago, an Acquaintance of mine visited two friends  at their residence in Culver City on JACKSON STREET.  As it turns out, that was not such a good idea. The visitor bob-tailed his big rig to the residence, which alerted the the gangster in the neighborhood whom I shall call "Sammy L the  Mincer".  Sammy and several of his thugs approached the Acquaintance with intent to do bodily harm since the Acquaintance was rinsing his truck  with water that neither belonged to Sammy nor his thugs; Sammy proceeded to turn the water off citing that he is the manager of the property; however, this is not true. Sammy intimidated the disabled and fragile homeowner into signing a paper that would allow him to manage the property, but since the Disabled Gentleman is on Social Security, which requires a payee, Sammy's management contract is worthless. Sammy would have to apply for conservatorship if he wanted to manage that property.  Sammy L Mincer always tells the police that he is the manager of the property, but the police does not require proof. They do not inform Sammy that the issue is a civil matter, but they do protect Sammy because they are an extension of his gang.  What's more, Sammy assaulted the Acquaintance, called the police and requested to press charges.  Meanwhile,  the Acquaintance is handcuffed following a false statement made by Sammy that the Acquaintance assaulted and threatened him.  The bloody and beaten Acquaintance gave a statement that was corroborated by several other witnesses. What happened to Sammy L Mincer and his band of thugs?  They were never arrested.

Sammy L. Mincer, over a course of several days, proceeded to throw out items belonging to the Acquaintance.  He even went as far as to take the Acquaintance's motorcycle. Furthermore, Sammy tells several people in the neighborhood that he wish that the altercation had taken place at night because he would have killed the Acquaintance and dumped his body in an undisclosed location.  He also tells neighbors that if given the opportunity, that he will carry out his plans.

As a result of his Sammy L. Mincer's actions, the kind, Disabled Gentleman's house was red-tagged and he has threatened to commit suicide, so he was taken in  for a psychological evaluation.  I should clarify that the house has always been in bad shape by no fault of Sammy, but Sammy's action led to the house being red-taped and the Disabled Gentleman and his tenant are now without shelter.  I should add that Sammy has informed the Elderly Tenant that he has to be off the property by Tuesday, July 24th, which is illegal for Sammy to do.   Sammy has his own ulterior motives.  Sammy wants the house that is owned by the kind, Disabled Gentleman.  He is trying to acquire the property in the neighborhood, so Sammy L. Mincer is not so noble after all.

I should start at the beginning with why people would possibly want to kill the acquaintance.  The Acquaintance lived in Culver City with the Disabled and Elderly friend for ten years.  The Acquaintance did not pay rent during that time but used water and electricity without contributing to the costs.  This caused problems for the Disabled Gentleman who has stated that while the acquaintance is a leach, he has also helped him in ways that no other person has. Nonetheless, the problem is much deeper.  The Acquaintance had a Marijuana card that allowed to grow and cultivate
a plant for medicinal purposes.  One of Sammy the Mincer's thugs developed the grand idea that he would ask the Acquaintance to show him how to grow and cultivate the Cannibus.  The Acquaintance cautioned the Thug on growing the Cannibus for Profit.  Thug was blinded by dollar signs and did not heed the warning of the Acquaintance. Instead, the Thug sold Cannibus to all of his WHITE COLLAR friends. The Thug was charged with possession of Marijuana with intent to sell, but he did not see one day in jail.  Why? He is a WHITE COLLAR WORKER who blamed the evil of drugs on the Acquaintance.  Sammy L Mince and the Thug and their Merry Men have been after the acquaintance ever since.  I will keep you updated on this true life drama as it unfolds.
